By accessing this website and/or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The seller information is provided at the end of these Terms & Conditions in accordance with applicable laws.

02 DIGITAL PRODUCTS

No physical items will be shipped. All products sold on this website are digital downloads (printables). After purchase, you will receive access to download your files. No physical product will be shipped. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and software are compatible with the provided files.

03 DELIVERY

All files are available for instant download after successful payment.

04 NO REFUNDS

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

If you experience any issues with your files, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

05 LICENSE & PERMITTED USE

When you purchase a digital product from this e-shop, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for personal purposes only.

You may:

  • download and print the purchased files for your own personal use
  • use the printed artwork to decorate your personal space
  • use purchased sewing patterns to create handmade items for your own personal use

You may not:

  • upload the files to any website, marketplace, or file-sharing platform
  • use the files or patterns for commercial purposes, including producing handmade items for sale, selling garments made using Bohemilu sewing patterns, or using the designs for business purposes
  • claim the designs or artwork as your own

All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain with Bohemilu Sewing Patterns.

All products are provided “as is”. We make no guarantees regarding specific results from using our products.

07 PRICES & CURRENCY

Prices are displayed either in EUR (€) or USD ($), depending on the customer’s location. The shop operates internationally.

08 PAYMENT

Payment must be completed before access to downloads is granted.

09 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

10 DIGITAL CONTENT & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you normally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.

However, by purchasing a digital product and accessing or downloading it, you expressly agree that:

  • the delivery of digital content begins immediately, and
  • you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access has started
